Warranty is provided on all our products. In all cases this is a Return to Base warranty. The warranty terms are as specified by the manufacturer. Gadget-Spot accepts no liability as resellers of these products, other than to facilitate the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Lenses and Pan and Tilt Devices are not stocked in large quantities, and in some cases these items may be on extended lead times. In such situations; on completion of your order you will be notified as to the actual shipping time expected. You are entitled to cancel your order within 24hours of this notification without charge, and any monies will be refunded in full.
Returns are only accepted on items that are considered faulty. A Returns Number MUST be obtained before returning any item. Any item returned that is not found to be faulty will be subject to an additional return postage fee, and a £10.00+VAT handling charge. |
